London, United Kingdom (15th November 2012) – Central Health Physiotherapy, one of the largest and most respected physiotherapy companies in the UK, has announced that Henry St Clair will lead their adult ballet classes.

One of the most experienced ballet teachers in London is now leading an adult ballet class every Friday at Central Health Physiotherapy’s Chancery Lane Clinic. A ballet class is available every Friday from 1 pm until 1.45 pm, and there is a limit of eight spaces per class. However, one-to-one coaching is also available. There are many benefits to ballet, as it can help to improve a person’s strength, posture, coordination, balance and suppleness, so can help build or maintain health and fitness levels.

A spokesperson for Central Health Physiotherapy commented: “We are proud to announce that professional ballet dancer, Henry St Clair, will be teaching many ballet classes at our Chancery Lane Clinic. However, places are limited so those hoping to join the class should email or telephone us today to book or to find out more.”
