Portsmouth, United Kingdom (7th September, 2012) – Douglas Stafford, a leading provider of performance improvement services, including mystery shopping and customer satisfaction surveys, is expanding and has moved to new larger offices within its existing location, as the company has outgrown its current ground floor space at 1000 Lakeside business park near Portsmouth.
The company originally moved to 1000 Lakeside in 2009 and took on additional ground floor office space as the business grew. Now it has taken new open plan accommodation on the 2nd floor of the building’s east wing.
“We had completely outgrown our original location so it is good to have moved to more spacious offices,” says Operations Director Ben Sargeant. “The new open-plan offices have been custom designed for our needs and will help the business to function even more efficiently. It also means we will be able to further expand the business and will have the necessary space to do so.”
The new offices also have the latest security systems installed, as Commercial Director John Fieldhouse explains: “The new office space will better support our Information Security Management initiatives such that we can achieve ISO27001 later this year.
“In our business, security of information is always a priority and the new security systems we have had installed will provide tangible improvements to our security levels.”
