Gloucestershire, United Kingdom (10th May, 2012) – Worktop Express, a leading UK provider of kitchen worktops made from solid wood, sponsored a recent local dance production.
Worktop Express is keen to take an interest in local talent, and has sponsored the recent Sally Prout School of Dancing production of Sleeping Beauty. Pupils from pre-primary and up to senior school performed together in the show, with behind-the-scenes help from parents, teachers and Worktop Express.
Worktop Express donated vehicles and 2Man personnel for transportation of set and props, plus a few keen members of staff to help backstage. The School’s production of Sleeping Beauty ultimately raised £3,000 for charity.
A spokesperson for Worktop Express commented: “We would like to extend our congratulations to everyone involved in the making of this production. We were delighted to offer assistance wherever possible to support the fantastic Sally Prout School of Dancing and help raise money for charity. We will continue to support the School and various other institutions in our local area.”
